Mr. Tamer Osman, PE serves as the Assistant Group Director in the Transportation Group at Delta Engineers, Architects, & Land Surveyors, DPC. Tamer is also the Lead Project Engineer for our Contractor Support Services.
Tamer has 20 years of professional experience overseeing bridge and structural engineering projects, developing plans, bid documents, and design reports.
He has thorough knowledge and field-tested expertise related to bridge design practices including quantity estimating, drafting, bridge inspection, bridge load rating, seismic analysis, Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC), and project scheduling.
With extensive experience in precast and pre-stressed concrete beam and culvert design, he has developed award-winning precast bridge systems for municipalities.
Tamer has advanced structural software expertise with programs such as STAAD, SAP2000, Bar 7.0 and is fluent working in AutoCAD or Microstation format. He is also highly proficient in 3D modeling, design visualization, and rapid prototyping of design solutions through the use of Autodesk 3ds Max.
