Join Delta Precast in welcoming our newest team member Chenoa Hailey! She will be joining us as an engineer, assisting with design and detailing.

Chenoa is a recent graduate of Syracuse University with a BS in Civil Engineering and International Relations. She is a Binghamton, NY native and thrilled to return home to begin her career path.

We’re excited to have Chenoa on board, as she will gain industry experience and help grow our business into the future!
