Delta Precast was contracted by Lakelands Concrete Products, located in Lima, NY, to compile New York State Professional Engineer sealed design calculations and a block layout drawing for a tiered grid stone strong wall. Stone Strong is the most efficient, complete retaining wall system in the industry. The modular block is the first to be fully engineered both structurally and geotechnically. The Village of Ithaca has many scenic gorges, making off street parking sparse in residential areas. A retaining wall was necessary for the apartment building to have off-street parking and a place for waste/recycling containers.
